Requesting Support We won't know how to help you unless you give us adequate information. We need to know your Windows version, including installed service packs, and we need a detailed description of the problem including the circumstances around which you first noticed it. Note that we do not provide instructions on basic computer use or Internet use. Before you contact us, know at the very least how to locate a folder on your hard drive and view its contents, how to copy files between folders, how to unzip a 'zip' file and extract it's contents into a folder on your hard drive, and how to download and save a file from the Internet to a folder on your hard drive. |
